Do I need to book sessions in advance?
For therapeutic work we often take it a session at a time, however if you'd prefer to book some sessions ahead, you can do that too - sometimes the momentum of a few sessions a week or two apart can really help make change happen
How many sessions will I need?
This is not easy to predict without meeting with you, however most people need only a small handful of sessions to make a very positive difference in their life.
My advice is: plan for half a dozen, and if you get your desired changes sooner, as some people do, all the better
Do you use meditation and mindfulness?
Although both are often really helpful, neither are part of the approaches I use. Unlike CBT and meditation, Compassionate NLP focuses on helping you make shifts during sessions, and then in-between sessions you mostly just get on with your life and notice how things begin to improve for you
Can I cancel sessions?
Yes. you use an online booking system which lets you book in and out at your convenience. You book and cancel sessions up to 6 hours beforehand with no cancellation fee
How much are sessions and how do I pay?
Therapy / Coaching sessions are £50 each (£35 by Skype/Facetime/Zoom during the Coronavirus lockdown, 30% extra off if you are an NHS or Social Care worker), and you can pay by debit or credit card, cash, bank transfer or using the payment system when you book
